These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PRIDIK, a digital platform owned and operated by Viluma Infotech Private Limited.
By accessing or using PRIDIK, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. General

  1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Geozab Techno Soft Private Limited (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”), which operates the mobile application JebRummy, and the user (“you”, “your”) of the website viluma.online and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
    2. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, govern your access to and use of the Platform.
    3. By using JebRummy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
    4. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

B. Services

  1. JebRummy is a skill-based online rummy platform offered by Geozab Techno Soft Private Limited. Players can participate in free and real-money rummy games.
    6. Game formats, features, and rewards are detailed within the App. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion.

 

C. Eligibility and Account Registration

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.
    8. Residents of certain Indian states (including Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, and Sikkim) are not allowed to participate in real-money games due to state laws.
    9. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including PAN and bank details.
    10. Only one account per user is permitted. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension and forfeiture of funds.

 

D. Fair Play and Account Security

  1. JebRummy promotes fair gaming using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software.
    12. Cheating, collusion, use of bots, or any unfair gameplay methods will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.
    13. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.

 

E. Deposits, Withdrawals & Wallet Structure

  1. Deposits can be made using secure and verified payment gateways integrated within the app.
    15. Withdrawals will be processed only after successful KYC verification. Processing times may vary due to banking or regulatory factors.
    16. Your wallet consists of:
    – Deposit Balance – Amounts you’ve added
    – Winnings Balance – Prize money you’ve earned
       – Bonus Balance – Promotional credits (non-withdrawable unless specified)
    17. Geozab Techno Soft Private Limited may charge nominal service fees, which will be communicated clearly within the app.

 

F. Taxation

  1. In accordance with Indian tax laws, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be applicable on net winnings exceeding the prescribed threshold.
    19. You are responsible for including winnings in your annual income tax filings. We will provide TDS certificates as applicable.

 

G. Limitation of Liability

  1. Use of the Platform is at your own risk. Geozab Techno Soft Private Limited is not liable for:
    – Internet or technical issues on your device
    – Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence
       – Financial losses resulting from gameplay or system errors
    21. We provide services “as-is” and make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

 

H. User Conduct

  1. You agree not to:
    – Use multiple accounts
    – Misrepresent your identity
       – Upload harmful or illegal content
       – Violate laws or these Terms in any way
    23. Violation of these rules can result in account restriction, suspension, or legal action.

 

I. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, software, branding, logos, and intellectual property related to JebRummy are the exclusive property of Geozab Techno Soft Private Limited.
    25. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

 

J. Termination

  1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform for violation of these Terms, without notice.
    27. Upon termination, any winnings or balances may be withheld if the termination is due to a policy violation.

 

K. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
    29. Disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
